1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website, services, content, or programs provided by Get Recruited Consulting, LLC (“Get Recruited,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

These Terms apply to all users, including athletes, parents or guardians, and other visitors.

2. Description of Services

Get Recruited provides recruiting education, consulting, promotional services, and strategic guidance for student-athletes and their families. Services may include, but are not limited to:

- Recruiting strategy and education

- Athlete evaluations and consultations

- Content creation and promotion

- Communication guidance with college

coaches

- Digital tools and platform support

Get Recruited does not guarantee athletic scholarships, roster placement, playing time, or recruitment by any specific school or program.

3. Eligibility and Parental Consent

Our services are intended for use by athletes and families. If the athlete is under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent and may be required to enter into agreements on the athlete’s behalf.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

- Provide accurate, complete, and current

information

- Maintain the confidentiality of account

access credentials

- Use our services only for lawful purposes

- Comply with all applicable laws, rules, and

regulations, including NCAA, NFHS, and

institutional recruiting rules where

applicable

You acknowledge that recruiting rules and eligibility requirements are subject to change and that ultimate responsibility for compliance rests with the athlete and family.

5. Payments, Fees, and Billing

Fees for services are disclosed prior to purchase. By enrolling in a program or service, you agree to pay all applicable fees according to the terms presented at checkout or in your service agreement.

Unless otherwise stated:

- Payments are non-refundable once

services have begun

- No refunds are issued for services already

rendered

- Subscription or program cancellation

terms, if applicable, will be disclosed at

enrollment

- Payment processing is handled through

secure third-party providers.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Get Recruited, including text, graphics, videos, images, training materials, logos, branding, and proprietary processes, is the exclusive property of Get Recruited or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use related to enrolled services.

7. Athlete Content and Permissions

By submitting athlete information, images, videos, or media, you grant Get Recruited a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content for recruiting, promotional, educational, and marketing purposes related to the services provided, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You represent that you have the legal right to provide such content and grant these permissions.

8. No Guarantees or Warranties

All services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

Get Recruited makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

- Guarantees of recruiting outcomes

- Guarantees of scholarship offers

- Guarantees of college placement or

athletic success

Recruiting outcomes depend on numerous factors beyond our control, including athletic performance, academics, health, eligibility, and coaching decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Get Recruited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Get Recruited for the services giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Get Recruited, its owners, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

- Your use of the services

- Your violation of these Terms

- Your violation of any law or recruiting

regulation

- Content you provide or actions you take

using our services

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services at our discretion for violations of these Terms or conduct deemed harmful to the company, other clients, or third parties.

Termination does not relieve payment obligations for services already rendered.

12. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may involve third-party platforms (e.g., social media, recruiting tools, video hosting). We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of third-party services.

Use of third-party platforms is subject to their respective terms and policies.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which Get Recruited Consulting, LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
